Job Desc:
Promote full range of retail banking products and financial services in order to achieve sales targets.
Answer and resolve customer inquiries according to the established guidelines/procedures.
Attend to daily hotline duties, follow roster, and report to supervisors for any unresolved problems promptly.
Provide accurate sales/service reports to supervisor for the assessment of business results.
Understand and meet all service pledge.
