Job Desc:
Maintain effective counter service operation to ensure quality services are provided to our customers.
Ensure smooth branch operation and achieve satisfactory audit rating through meeting all requirements of control and service standards.
Contribute to the Bank's success and upholding the Bank's image by providing quality services to our customers and pro-actively giving feedback, ideas and recommendation for improvement.
Support the Branch Manager to meet the assigned business target through participating in the branch selling and promotion activities.
