Job Desc:
Achieve sales and business target on the agreed plan and design strategies for implementing the branch selling and promotion activities.
Enhance good customer relationships so as to solicit business opportunities by proactively rendering best in class service and cross-selling the banking products.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction rating is achieved by meeting all requirements of service standards.
Contribute to the Bank's success and upholding the Bank's image by providing quality services to our customers and pro-actively giving feedback, ideas and recommendation for improvement.
Support the Branch Manager to meet the assigned business target through participating in the branch selling and promotion activities.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Customer Relationship Manager.
