Job Desc:
Responsible for handling currency exchange transactions, ancillary products cross-selling and other customer requirements. Should be able to give exceptional customer service, and maintain a high degree of accuracy at all times in a busy and high-pressure environment.
F.5 or above with at least one year's relevant work experience in banking, foreign exchange, and/or the customer service industry
proficiency in spoken English and knowledge of Mandarin and Japanese would be an advantage
need to be customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
able to work on shift duties at the Airport
