Job Desc:
To handle phone enquiries from customers on credit card, banking products, accounts and services and be able to identify cross-selling opportunities and cross-sell other banking products. Actively solicit customers' feedback to understand problem trends and highlight them to the Call Center Manager.
Requirements
Post secondary or above
Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in phone banking / Credit Card Center hotline
Excellent customer servicing, cross-selling and problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and typing is a must
Ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage
Willingness to work on shift is preferred
The above posts good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
