Job Desc:
As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for handling and supervising general operations of the Banking Center to ensure that regulatory compliance and the Bank's policies and procedures are strictly adhered. In addition, you are expected to give coaching to tellers, cross-sell consumer banking products, make sales referrals and prepare management reports.
To qualify for the position, you should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English, Chinese and Mathematics plus a minimum of 6 years of experience in branch operations during which 3 years at supervisory level. You should possess IIQAS qualifications, be familiar with consumer banking products and operation procedures. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure. Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin as well as excellent command of MS Word and Excel are necessary.
