Job Desc:
You will be responsible for soliciting new business through cross-selling, performing account services and transactions, answering products inquiries, handling complaints and solving problems for customers, conducting timely follow up and investigation on inquiries, and performing administrative duties.
To qualify for the position, you must be a post-secondary graduate with 3 years' phone banking or customer service experience. You must be courteous, pleasant, and meticulous with strong analytical and problem solving skills, sales and service oriented, be able to work independently and be prepared to work on staggered hours. Qualification of IIQAS is a must. Sound knowledge of Consumer Banking products and PC applications, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese are necessary.
