In this exciting role, you will specialise in settling fixed income products for primary syndication and secondary markets transactions. As an Assistant Manager you will manage a team involved in checking and authorising deals and settlement instructions, answering queries and resolving operational irregularities. You will also working with the Manager in establishing procedures for new products and to enhance systems to improve productivity.
Ideally, you should have a minimum of five years' supervisory experience in fixed income operations, with in-depth knowledge in Euroclear and major domestic bonds markets settlement. However, candidate with general treasury operations background with substantial focus on fixed income operations will also be considered. You must have proven team leadership skills, be self-motivated and able to think laterally to solve problems.
