CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER

Job Desc:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing high quality of service to tenants and visitors and to ensure the consistency of all operational aspects of the building including liaison with tenants, handling enquiries and complaints, preparing incident reports and supervision of front-line staff etc.

Candidates should be tertiary educated in Property Management or related disciplines with at least 2 years' relevant experience and be customer oriented. They should be fluent in English and Chinese, mature, presentable, hardworking and independent.
