Job Desc:
- Minimum diploma/degree holder in property management or equivalent qualifications;
- Preference will be given to those in possession of professional qualification;
- Well-versed with the DMC and the Building Management Ordinance;
- Minimum 8 years site experience in property management in which at least 5 years in a managerial level;
- Experience in managing deluxe and spacious residential estate/apartment is an asset;
- Have sound track record in the past working experience preferable;
- Good command of both Business English & Chinese, fluent Mandarin is preferable;
- Candidate with less experience can be considered for the post of Property Manager.
