Job Desc:
- Responsible for leading a team of 5-8 financial consultants who provide personal financial consulting service to Individual Clients to achieve pre-defined target on sales of Unit Trust, Unit-linked Investment Saving Plan & Life Insurance products
- Sales and marketing strategic planning for sales team performance
- basic salary (HK$30,000-40,000 monthly) + attractive overriding commission will be provided to the qualified candidates
- University graduate with minimum 5 yrs financial planning exp in which at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Must be a proactive team player
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese is a must
- Excellent presentation & sociable skill with aggressive character
