INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER

Job Desc:
- Report to Manager of Internal Control
To prepare internal audit plan, related audit procedures and draft audit memo
To perform management audit assignment independently
To monitor subordinate work
To review working papers prepared by subordinate (depending on circumstance, sometimes might need to prepare all necessary working papers) and ascertain proper clearance of all queries raised.
To review the adequacy on internal control procedures of operational areas, identify weakness in operation and business system.
To assist Manager in providing advice to various departments in streamlining their workflow or internal control procedures.
To monitor and maintain the Company Internal Control System.
To carry out ad-hoc/special projects as assigned by Manager of Chief Financial Officer.
To train up the subordinate in respect of professional knowledge and work skills.
To assist and support Manager in responding and complying with the Group Internal Audit Reviews and directives.

- University graduate with accounting professional qualification
- At least 3 years audit experience in insurance or financial services industry, preferrably in Big 5 or sizable companies
- Able to communicate with all levels and work independently under pressure
- Analytical, self-initiative and resilience
-Excellent command of both spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin preferred
- Good writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Access
