Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Surveying or property-related disciplines
At least 6 years related experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer / agency
Good business network with retail tenants / property agencies
Strong market sense, good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
Proactive, aggressive and responsible
Good command of written and spoken English
