Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services installations in residential building
Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works
Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors
Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance and emergency repairs
Assist in budget control
Requirements
Degree / higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services / property / facilities maintenance
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and mature, able to work in a diverse environment
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, etc.
