Job Description
Responsibilities
Design and prepare all marketing materials such as printed matters and stationeries to ensure they are consistent and complied with the corporate branding. Prepare and execute advertising campaigns, including but not limited to above-the-line advertising, promotion and advertorials.
Assist in online marketing activities, including but not limited to search engine optimisation, search engine marketing and social media.
Retain collaborative relationship with all medias, productions houses, medical professionals, sports clubs and business associates.
Coordinate and participate in all marketing and educational activities and events/seminars in Hong Kong, Macau and PRC.
Assist in translating and proofreading medical articles and write-up.
Manage the website to ensure contents are accurate and presented in a professional manner.
To establish and ensure the corporate database is always updated on a timely basis.
Attend and participate in all marketing/ business development internal/ external meetings and events including PRC if necessary.
Participate in and manage ad-hoc projects as necessary.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred.
At least 2 years experience in Marketing, preferably with online marketing and event organising experiences.
Ability to prioritise and able to provide solutions independently and work under pressure.
Pro-active with good organisation and communication skills.
Experience in medical or pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
Experience in social media content creation will be an advantage.
Familiar with design software and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canvas.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Suitable candidate with less experience might be considered.
