JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree holder in Accounting & Qualified Accountant under ACCA/HKICPA
- Over 10 years financial exposure with more than 8 years working experience in PRC manufacturing environment;
- Familiar with PRC government and customs laws and regulations, accounting system, taxation, especially in manufacturing accounts;
- Well acquired with Hong Kong and PRC accounting and tax systems;
- Self-motivated and high degree of initiative;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent command of spoke and written Mandarin and Chinese
- Required to station in PRC
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage the accounting team in PRC by streamlining and enhancing the operational effectiveness and efficiency;
- Take full responsibilities of the accounting functions of the group in HK & PRC
- To be in charge of the overall financial planning, cost accounting, budgeting, tax issues, financial consolidation and reporting for the company
- Review and develop the internal control procedures and policies of the factory operations;
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers;
- Provide professional financial advice to the top management
