Job Nature:
Responsible for office administration, customer servies, general account, stationery order management
Requirements:
F.7 graduate or above
Must have 2-3 years relevant experience in clerical accounting, receptionist and administrative duties.
Knowledge and experience in banking industry as advantage
Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Responsible for general office administrative duties, MIS reports preparation, billing documents
Handel customer servies enquiries with good telephone manner
Good command in Cantonese & Mandarin, Business level in English
Able to work with multi-task skills.
