We look for:
- Mature talent who helps set up and lead a direct telesales team to provide premium customer services for existing clients and promote wealth management solutions
- At least 4 years relevant experience in call center or sales services
- Self-motivated and hardworking and achieve aggressive sales target
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills
- Tertiary education background is preferable
