Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to supervisors or team members
Handle daily administrative works including data entry, prepare petty cash record, and filing, etc.,
Assisting in students’ application, such as arrangement of IELTS, UCAS and VISA application, etc
Assist in organizing exhibitions and events
Perform receptionist duties such as answering calls and greeting guests
Handle ad hoc assignment by the supervisor
Requirements:
Tertiary education or above
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or secretarial capacity
Strong organizing and mulit-tasking skills, and able to meet deadline with a tight schedule
Independent, pro-active, responsible and professional attitude at work
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in PC knowledge (Such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing)
Immediately available is highly preferred
