Responsibilities:
Handle Director’s meeting schedule, flight and accommodation booking
Assists in administration works
Build and maintain efficient filing system and record management
Assist in organizing exhibitions and events
Prepare agendas and minutes
Handle confidential matters
Handle ad hoc assignment by the Director or department head
Requirements:
Degree holder or above, preferably overseas study experience
1 year relevant working experience
Well organized, detail minded, initiative, helpful, resourceful
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in PC applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
Immediately available is highly preferred
