Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for HR functions like recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, such as job grading, annual salary review, performance evaluation, etc.;
Monitor, review and implement HR & Administration policies
Oversee the administrative operations and office support services
Design and implement strategic HR plans and programmes to support the achievement of business objectives and organisational growth
Be strong in build up labour relationship and handle labour dispute
Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements :
Degree in HR Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience with good exposure in HR operation of which 2 years at managerial level preferably in manufacturing industry
Experience in set up new factory is preferable
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills are essential
Able to work independently, initiative and energetic
Immediate available is highly preferable
