Assistant Merchandiser
Job Description

You will be assisting our export department in administration of quotations, orders, payments, claims and deliveries.
Dealing with various suppliers and factories in PRC.
Occasional trips to our offices and factories in central and south-west China may be required.
Future promotion prospects high for the right candidate.


Job Requirements

Applicants must be proficient in both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
Applicants must show a high standard of business letter writing skills.
Having a technical or science background is definite advantage.
Must be organized, have good communication skills, self-motivated, wiling to learn and be able to work under pressure and over time when necessary.
Must have excellent computer skills (not only Word, Excel but a clear understanding of ERP systems) and a minimum typing speed of 35wpm.
Preferably with work experience in one company for at least 2 years. Fresh graduates able to show initiative will be considered.


Working Hours and Benefits

Normal working hours from 9am - 12.45pm & 2 - 6pm, 5 day work week.

Salary will be based on education and professional experience.
