Minimum 5-8 year solid sweater experience
Preferably with US/EU well-known brand ladies markets
Degree/ Diploma in Knitwear design or equivalent
Overseas graduated is an advantage
Strong sweater technical understanding, mature, self-initiative, independent, confident, committed and pro-active work ethics
Creative, strong team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Research and analyze trend direction sensibly, able to develop marketable collections to suit customers’ needs with minimal supervision
Responsible to handle from concepts, palettes, material sourcing to the whole product development process
