The successful candidate will perform day-to-day building maintenance management services for residential buildings. Other duties include overseeing building and facilities maintenance and repairs, and undertaking improvement work for the properties.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in E&M, Building Services, Building or relevant disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of residential buildings
Solid experience in building services and building related work including renovation and fitting out work of residential buildings
Good communication in both English and Chinese
Knowledge of PC operations
