Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting operations, full set of accounts and inter-company transactions independently.
Preparation and delivery of timely and quality individual company’s financial and management reports/analysis.
Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of payment and receipt records.
Liaising with other departments on payment issues.
Cheque and reimbursements preparation.
Various reports and ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
LCC higher certificate/Diploma or above
Proficiency in PC application, especially in Word, Excel, etc.
Minimum 1 year's working experience in accounting department
Able to work under pressure and willing to take up challenges
Good command of Cantonese and English
Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and independent
Knowledge of Flex accounting software is preferred
Immediate availability is highly preferred
