Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact to provide technical assistance including online support for users
Provide technical service support Assist in project rollout and deployment
System install, support, troubleshooting, recovery
Liaise with vendors to maintain the computer equipment in good conditions
Requirements:
Diploma / Higher Diploma Information System or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience
1 years of relevant experience in a IT environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2k/2K3/2K8 Server Administration
Knowledge of Linux Administration, Web Server Setup, PHP, ASP, Javascript & VBS
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Self motivate and capable to work under pressure
Fresh graduate is also welcome
