Responsibilities:
Provide application support, configuration and setup services for internal clients
Technical support all kind of hardware/software/application problem and provide solution.
Identify and solve user workstation problems
Perform maintenance duties in ensuring system and application.
User administration of Windows server and SQL Server
Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
-Minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT support, system installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of Win XP and 7, Win Server 2003, 2008 and SQL Server
Experience of dealing with POS system will be an advantage
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
MCSE is an advantage.
Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, PHP is an advantage.
Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Sites / branch offices visit is required
