Diploma or above in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Engineering, Electronic Engineering of similar discipline;
Strong troubleshooting skill with computer, printer and networking;
Over 1 years experience in Windows XP, MS Office Products, Windows Sever with AD, DHCP, Terminal Service, etc;
Computer installation, configuration, troubleshoot ;
Software implement, updates;
Server backup, maintenance and monitoring;
Administer system components for system health check;
Administer user account and email account;
Diagnose and recover service upon system failures.
