Rising on the uphill elevation of the Pottinger Street, The Pottinger is centrally located in the heart of Central, a pivotal hub of business and finance, shopping, dining, culture and entertainment. The Pottinger is where East meets West, where Modernity meets Heritage.
In view of our expanding business and dynamic operational environment, we are now seeking a high-calibre individual for the following position.
Responsibilities
- Assigns various phrase of jobs for work crew and follows up the progress
- Supervises the job of work crew to ensure the work is on schedule
- Supervises the work carried out by outside contractors
- Works on shift schedule to monitor all technical installations are in normal function
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure the compliance of all statutory regulations on safety and fire requirements
- Performs all assigned general engineering duties as long as licensing requirements permit.
Qualifications
- A diploma or above in Electrical/Mechanical or Building Service
- A holder of Electricity Permit A is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years or above experience in hotel industry or property management
- Proven track record on project management or planned maintenance is essential
- Able to meet deadline and work independently
- Candidates without necessary academic qualifications but with solid experience would also be considered.
