Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics
at least 3 years working experience in Ocean freight forwarding industry
Handle In/Outbound operation, answering daily customer enquiries, handle overseas customer conference calls,
handle complaints and develop corrective measurement, prepare month-end analysis report, supervise team members
to need customers' KPls,
Good command of English and Mandarin]
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to work under pressure and solve problem
Strong interpersonal / communication skills
