Responsibilities
Formulate and execute marketing and advertising strategies on existing and new product launches
Evaluate and analyze campaign result and effectiveness with recommendations
Analyze business trend and consumer insights
Responsible for CRM system implementation and database management, including e-database
Formulate and define CRM objectives, strategy and initiating joint promotions, promotion events and loyalty programs to retain and recruit customers
Responsible for all advertorial and editorial write up
Prepare monthly sales/purchase forecast for regular stock, samples and miniature and all novelty orders
Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 5 years of marketing experience with leading beauty brands or consumer brands
Solid experience and knowledge in customer relationship management and website management
Strategic minded, result oriented and creative
Committed, well organized, and detail-minded
Excellent communication skills
Team player, ability to take initiatives
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
