|
Responsibilities:
1.Base on brand strategies and product characteristics to perform market analysis and corporate brand building (including product positioning, pricing, channel planning);
2.Responsible for brand positioning, including brand and marketing strategy planning as to establish a widely recognized brand image;
3.Involved in drafting various marketing proposal, graphic design, preparing annual budget for advertising, developing promotional materials, setting the standard of product displays;
4.Ensure product features are perfectly shown by evaluating the performance of advertising, including analysis of types, content and promotion channel and effectiveness monitoring.
5.Formulate and execute market development strategy, including planning and implementation of annual product promotion and various marketing campaigns;
6.Establish market development and management systems; responsible for managing and creating business opportunity for outlets and cooperative stores. Provide market feedback and market sector analysis report in a timely manner.
7.Organize and implement media and public relations activities; coordinate and cooperate with media as to develop and maintain professional relations with associates from different promotion platforms and media .
Requirements:
1.University graduate or above with at least 5 years' experience in brand management and product marketing of retail industry;
2.Skillful in proposal writing and graphic design; Be creative, familiar with advertising channels and possess a certain level of media resources;
3.Familiar with various methods of market research and data analysis; possess with good analytical skills;
4. With a discerning insight of the market; capable of rational market analysis and forecasting; be able to grasp market information and respond promptly;
5. Good team management experience and able to complete the overall planning and organization of projects, including drafting project flow, strategies and organization of proposal.
6. Specialize in market development, channel establishment and franchisee management; be able to institutionalize, streamline, standardize and systemize market management as to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and ensure smooth operation is achieved.
7.Be creative; with high flexibility and mobility; willing to take challenge
8.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. With fluent Mandarin is a plus.
