Responsibilities
Handle Payable invoices
Follow up Accounts Receivable
Prepare Debit note and cheque payment
Prepare weekly/ monthly reconciliation
Prepare reports and monthly schedules
Assist in month end closing
Handle other adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Obtained HKCEE/ HKDSE and LCC&I Intermediate Certificate or above
1-2 year(s) relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
