Hong Kong Island District
The Successful candidate will perform day-to-day building maintenance management services. Other duties include oversea building and facilities maintenance and repairs, and undertaking improvement work for properties.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Service
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, repair and maintenance of commercial buildings
- Solid experience in building service related work including renovation and fitting out work of commercial building (e.g. office buildings, shopping arcades)
- Knowledge of PC operations
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineering
