Responsibilities:
Assist in general legal, compliance and reputation risk management
Provide compliance advisory with regard to insourcing and outsourcing activities
Participate in compliance risk assessments and reviews
Conduct compliance monitoring programme with regard to staffs securities dealing activities, unsecured lending for staff and disclosure of interest in listed corporation
Other compliance monitoring and coordination tasks
Requirements:
Degree or above with major in Law, Banking and Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, or with related professional qualifications
At least 5 years Management experience in Banking Operations of which 3 years exposure in compliance or regulatory work in financial services industry preferred
Experience in outsourcing / insourcing activities, legal risk or reputation risk management preferred
Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking industry and compliance surveillance and monitoring methodology
In-depth knowledge of operations in financial services industry
Able to work Independently and with good analytical mind
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Fluent in both Cantonese and English, knowledge of Mandarin an asset
Good command of PC skills and sound knowledge of application software
