Job Desc:Reporting to the AVP Training and Development, The T&D Manager will:
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize programmes to meet training requirements;
- Design, develop and deliver sales, investment, financial planning, and telemarketing programmes;
- Analyse effectiveness of training and development programmes;
- Manage training and development projects to facilitate change initiatives to improve business performance; and
- Co-ordinate with managers in developing staff and consultants
The Requirements:
- University degree in business administration, finance, accountancy or related discipline;
- Holder of qualifications in finance, accountancy, insurance, investment, and financial planning is a definite plus though not essential;
- 10 Year experience ideally gained within established financial institutes or insurance companies of which 3 years must be personal sales with tracked high performance and 3 years in sales management, call centre management, or training and development;
- Sound knowledge of financial planning, investment and insurance together with hands on experience in development and conducting investment and sales training programmes;
- Dynamic, confident, creative mature and business oriented. Good presentation skills and ability to work with senior managers; and
- High level of computer application skills
