Job Desc:* Assist in providing financial advisory and develop responses to client needs
* Assist in structuring of financings or advisory transactions for clients in China market
* Execute all transactions in compliance with the relevant securities laws and exchange regulations in securities market
* Assist to handle all aspects of client relationship to generate revenues from these relationships
Requirements
* Postgraduate degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
* Minimum 2 to 4 years' relevant investment/corporate banking experience in China market
* Strong financial analysis, business analysis and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in Putonghua is a must
All the above posts require good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
