Responsibilities
- Management of outsourced IT service providers
- Ensure a high standard of service delivery
- Conduct service contract negotiations and service level assessment
- Market and promote outsourcing strategies through formal presentations
- Establish relationships at all levels, both local and international
- Provide strategic solutions and lead process reengineering studies
- Conduct cost benefits analysis and investment appraisals
- Ability to lead a large team
Requirements
- University Degree (MBA preferred)
- Additional Accounting qualification desirable
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Solid IT/IS background
- Business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
